By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Use of the App

• You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age to enter into a binding contract to use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only and by all applicable laws and regulations.
• You agree not to use the App in any way that damages, disrupts, or disables the App or interferes with the use of the App by others.

3. Booking and Ticketing

• The App facilitates booking bus tickets with various bus operators. We act as an intermediary and do not own or operate any buses.
• The information displayed on the App regarding bus schedules, fares, and amenities is provided by the bus operators and may not be entirely accurate. We recommend verifying this information with the bus operator directly.
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided during the booking process, including passenger names, contact details, and travel dates.
• The final confirmation and ticket issuance are subject to the bus operator's terms and conditions.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances or violations of these Terms.

4. Payment

• You agree to pay for all bookings made through the App.
• We offer various secure payment methods. Please refer to the App for current options.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with your booking.
• We are not responsible for any unauthorised charges to your payment method.

5. Cancellations and Changes

• The cancellation and change policy for bookings varies depending on the bus operator.
• Please refer to the specific details during the booking process for cancellation and change fees.

6. Prohibited Items

You are prohibited from bringing the following items on board the bus:

• Alcoholic beverages or passengers who are intoxicated.
• Illegal drugs or any other controlled substances.
• Weapons or explosives of any kind.
• Flammable liquids or hazardous materials.
• Pets (except for service animals in some cases). Please check with the bus operator directly for their pet policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included in the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

We may terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of India.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App.
